Accompanied viewings

All our staff are specifically trained in property sales and how to conduct all kinds of viewings successfully. This means that, unlike many other agents, we aim to accompany 100% of viewings, 100% of the time. Work late during the week? No problem! We will conduct viewings out of the usual office hours, at weekends, bank holidays and even in the evenings.


Regular feedback and communication

Communication can often be a huge problem in Estate Agency. In fact, we would go as far as to say that it is the number one complaint from most sellers/buyers regarding estate agents. Our property experts are focused on providing all of our clients with honest and sound advice, 100% of the time. We will also contact all of our sellers regularly to discuss any updates with the marketing and any recommendations which may assist with the sale.


Negotiation experts

When an offer is received we will do our best to check the position of each buyer to present the offer to you with all of the background information. Then we will use our expertise to negotiate the best sale from the best buyer, keeping you updated every step of the way.

Sales progression

Once a sale has been agreed this is just the beginning of the sales process! Staying in touch with the solicitors, surveyors and the entire chain is a very involved job and is essential to a successful completion. We aim to stay regularly in touch with the entire chain, chase parties where necessary and assist in overcoming all problems whenever they arise. Not only that, but we will contact you with important updates and aim to keep you fully abreast of the transaction, right up until the exchange of keys!
