Anthony Hobbs (Tony)
Director
Tony has been a prominent figure in the local housing market since 2006, selling a wide variety of properties across the Waterside and New Forest area. When he's not busy selling houses, you'll probably find him spending time with his wife Sophie and daughter Nellie, or on the golf course trying to improve his scratch handicap. Tony is also an avid football fan and enjoys travelling across the country watching Southampton play.

Dan Barrington
Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer
Dan has been an important member of the Anthony James Properties team since day one. Formally enjoying an involved role for a high street bank, Dan had developed excellent customer service/sales skills and was an easy decision to fit the roll as a trainee. Dan quickly developed into a very successful estate agent and has been instrumental in growing the reputation of the business. Like Tony, Dan is also a keen football fan and a strong golfer. Playing off a 6 handicap, it can sometimes get quite competitive between the boys!

Melanie Hobbs
Sales Negotiator
As you can probably tell by the surname, Melanie is Tony's Mum! Before joining the Anthony James Properties team, Melanie previously worked in a combination of roles with disadvantaged and disabled children. Melanie is a real animal lover and people person, enjoying nothing more than a short break away with the family and their dog, Finley. You'll often see Melanie on viewings and generally keeping the office on an even keel!

Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer
Richard is the latest addition to the Anthony James Properties team, bring with him many successful years of experience selling homes in The Waterside area. Richard is a huge football fan, in particular following Arsenal, but we don't hold that against him! Richard owns two very friendly French Bulldogs, has a keen interest in architecture and historical buildings as well as been a proud committee member of The Waterside Heritage Association.

Michele works part time as a multi-skilled team member with a background in sales and admin. Michele loves music, visiting art galleries and museums as well as spending time with her family, a real friendly face to have around the office!

Sales Negotiator
Yasmine has joined our team as a Sales Negotiator on a part time basis to assist with viewings and admin. She boasts an excellent background in sales, the highest levels of customer service and is a local, friendly face to add to the dynamic at our office. You'll generally find Yasmine working Fridays and Saturdays, and when she isn't working she loves to spend time with her young family.
